Marketing Plan
1) Listing entered into Broker
Listing Cooperative (PropertyLinx) once ready to be shown and purchased and made
available to over 8,957 agents.
2) Listing added to the ShowingTime web
site for showings to be scheduled before entry into PropertyLinx so the home
will be available immediately for showings.
3) Pictures
added to listing with photo descriptions before being activated in PropertyLinx
so there will be no time that your home is available on line without photos.
You cannot allow your listing to enter the public domain without photos. I'm
able to have photos attached to your listing prior to being entered into the
system so a link to your listing with photos is immediate. Photos of your home
will be taken with a camera, not a phone.
4) Virtual tour of
property added to mibor.com, TalkToTucker.com, MikeCagle.com, Realtor.com,
Zillow.com, Homes.com, Trulia.com and numerous other sites within two hours of
listing.
5) Viltual open house forwarded to my personal broker network
for them to forward to their prospects within 24 hours of tour being available.
6) PropertyLinx
to send e-mails with link to your home to all prospects in the system within one
hour of listing.
7) Promotion of home sent to my past clients within 72
hours.
8) On a weekly basis the exterior photo will be replaced so
PropertyLinx will be prompted to do a search and forward a link to your home to
all prospective matches in the system.
9) Every two weeks you will be
provided a written bi-weekly service report detailing marketing and market
updates including the internet activity through TalkToTucker.com, mibor.com,
Zillow.com, REALTOR.com and the virtual tour.
10) I will be available
seven days a week to present any offers to you. Real estate brokerage is my full
time career and I do not work another job.
11) I commit to my fiduciary
responsibility to you and will not participate in dual agency in a transaction
to represent you and another party.
12) I commit to offering three
percent of the purchase price to another broker to bring a buyer to your
property. I will not put your listing at a disadvantage in the market place by
offering less like some other agents are doing today. |
